Outside of work, Rhonda enjoys diamond art and spending quality time with her husband and dog, Gizzy.

Wanda is the Life Enrichment Director and Transportation Coordinator at Highland Estates Assisted Living who helps residents experience life satisfaction by providing them with multiple options for activity and development of skills. With over 35 years of experience in caregiving, Wanda specializes in planning celebrations and developing and implementing a robust calendar of events. Outside of work, Wanda enjoys camping, fishing and enjoying the outdoors.

Domenique the Resident Care Assistant at Highland Estates Assisted Living and Memory Care is the key manager of the care staff and helps them provide excellent care by ensuring they have the tools and training needed. With over 7 years of experience in the assisted living environment, Domenique specializes in quality audits and staff accountability; She is creative and competent in ensuring coverage of shifts and maintaining resident records. Outside of work, Domenique enjoys working with beads and other materials to make fun art projects.

Althea is the Business Office Manager at Highland Estates Assisted Living who helps residents with ensuring that billing is accurate, and assisting staff with onboarding and proper maintenance of personnel files. With over 40 years of experience in Healthcare, Althea develops great relations with those whom she works, and keeps the books organized and up to date, and has created a tracking system for residents on community assistance to help ensure coverage and payment. When not at work, Althea enjoys crocheting hats for residents and watching her son’s baseball games.

Soledad is the Head Chef at Highland Estates Assisted Living and Memory Care who ensures her staff prepares nutritious and flavorful meal for the resident. With over 20 years of experience in food service, Soledad’s primary goal is the good health of her residents. When not at work, Soledad likes to spend quality time with her family and celebrating life.

Jason is the Maintenance Director at Highland Estates Assisted Living who helps ensure that the physical facility is clean, functional and compliant with State regulations. With over 25 years of experience in high-end hotel maintenance, Jason specializes in contracting services and specialized paints/textures, and has recently led a project that improves the cleaning process for resident rooms. When not working at the facility, Jason enjoys making home improvements with his wife and smoking ribs and brisket in his specialized smoker.
