Tressa Pettit

Activities Director

I am so blessed to have the role of Life Enrichment Director at Pine Ridge of Hayes. This is truly my dream job. I am married, have two beautiful daughters, and three granddaughters who are my pride and joy. I was raised by a strong woman that instilled values of treating others like family. She taught me to work hard and put my heart into everything I do. This job also combines my two passions of helping people and using my creative energy. I love the challenge of planning and engaging in activities while balancing the needs and desires of our residents. I believe that activities are essential for our resident’s physical and mental wellbeing. The events that I organize are always carefully designed to promote a sense of community while enhancing independence and quality of life. Also making friends along the way. Our residents are a part of my family, and they hold a special place in my heart.

Marietta Castiglione

Executive Chef

I was born in Detroit to a loving traditional Italian family. I was one of 6 children whom my parents were dedicated to raising with faith in God, his love, love of family, and love of others. I have 2 wonderful sons of my own, Jordan Anthony and Brandon Joseph, their beautiful wives and an amazing granddaughter.

As a child my fondest memories come alive as I recall all the beautiful family and friends gathered together at the dining table. The ladies would prepare so many luscious plates, working together so we all could indulge and feel the love in every bite. Until this day this tradition is carried on by next generations. Breaking bread with one another is a joy and a blessing.

It brings me great joy to bring this passion to Pine Ridge of Hayes. I look forward to creating an atmosphere where our residents enjoy dining each day while love, respect, health and well living are shared.

Business Office Manager

One of my passions in life is working with seniors. I have spent the last 7 years working in the industry with 3 of those years as an Office Manager. In my current role as a Business Office Manager, I’m responsible for billing and Human Resources processes. I have the privilege of interacting with the residents at Pine Ridge daily and getting to know them one-on-one. I genuinely enjoy helping the residents and hearing about their personal life stories. It is very rewarding to me. I look at the residents as an extension of my family. It hits close to home for me as I have aging parents and am experiencing firsthand how they are physically and emotionally changing as they enter this next chapter in life. As a result of my personal family experiences, I am extremely empathetic about the needs of the residents at Pine Ridge and will do whatever I can to make a positive impact on their lives. In my off time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my fur baby, Bella. And, in the summer months, I enjoy swimming and boating.

Amber- Community Relations (002)

Amber Rodgers

Director of Community Relations

Growing up with a soft place in my heart for seniors has led me to a career that I love. There’s a lot to consider when looking for a community. I enjoy offering advice and support to families and their loved ones during their community research process. Personally, having my grandparents living in senior living facilities, one of them being here at Pine Ridge of Hayes, I know how important it is to not only find them a safe place to live, but to also find a place where they can live their best lives. I’m blessed to work for Pine Ridge who makes both of those a priority! Seniors never lose their desire to interact or have purpose. My previous 4 years of experience as our Life Enrichment Director gave me a front row seat in witnessing how much community living enhances their independence and quality of life. I’ve found that coming into this role with this unique perspective, I’m able to educate families on what important things to look for in a community that most don’t consider and everything there is to look forward to. I love to help ease the overwhelming feeling families experience during this process. I can’t express how happy it makes me to watch our new residents blossom after moving into Pine Ridge of Hayes. It’s a daily reminder of how impactful our community is!
