When I came to Cambridge Place I knew that I was home, to be part of a company that puts doing the right thing above all else.
My career as a director in Assisted Living and Memory Care officially began 20 years ago, but my passion for the elderly and my desire to be an advocate for all those who cannot always speak for themselves began long before then.
By being able to help families, residents, and staff to develop a stronger understanding of the aging process and to navigate the daily struggles of all forms of dementia, I know I am making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Aside from my work family, I am blessed to share my life with my husband and 3 daughters. When I’m not working or with them you can find me running, enjoying the sunshine, or volunteering with animal rescues.

Morgan began working in assisted living when she was 16 years old and has been passionate about working with seniors ever since. She graduated from Kent State University in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration and a minor in Gerontology. When visiting Cambridge Place for the first time she remembers thinking that it felt like home, and her goal is to enhance residents’ quality of life and provide an environment that makes it feel like home for them as well. When not at Cambridge Place you can find her cuddled up with her cat and a book, or visiting with her nieces and nephews.

I began my medical career many years ago as an EMT with my hometown Volunteer Fire Department. This time taught me that the medical field is where I wanted to be. After moving to Ohio I continued in my medical journey as an STNA and then on to school to become a nurse. Being an LPN has been a very rewarding and fulfilling career.
Helping those I care for heal from sickness, adjusting to new changes in their lives medically and accompanying them in the final stages of life has been a blessing. Achieving the Director of Nursing position has been a long-time goal and is a huge accomplishment for me and I’ve made lifelong friends with co-workers, residents and their families during my time at Cambridge Place. I have been married to my husband Kenny for 34 years and with our children, grandchildren and most recently our great grandchildren our lives are very full and very busy.
